Return/Refund Policy
- Request for Return/ Replacement of product via Link Provided within 07 Days on the website
- Request for Missing or Damage Report of Product within 02 Days on the Website
- For Approved Requests from the Website, we arrange Pickups or self ship with reimbursement in your la serentiqa Website Wallet/ NEFT.
- Upon receiving the product, verification of the issue and refund/ replacement process will began based on the stock availability.
- Wrong item, damaged product, or expired product received- are Eligible for Returns/ Replacement
- Opened, used, tampered, or missing original packaging. Requests outside time limits- are NOT Eligible for Returns/ Replacement
Once a return request is submitted, the item will be collected via pick up arrangement or self ship within 5–7 business days from the date of your request. After collection, the item is sent to our warehouse for inspection by our quality control team. If the product clears the quality check, we proceed to initiate your refund.
